Most people have dreamed of someday owning a house with a personal home theater. A room solely reserved for enjoying a sporting event or a good film. Many basements tend to get quite chilly, especially in the dead of winter. Instead renovating your entire heating system, simply buy a portable warming device. The Delonghi space heater is ideal for this set-up. Just place it in the corner and it will quietly keep your theater cozy.

Now, the finishing touch. No one wants to run back and forth from the kitchen to grab a beer or snack, so get a cheap mini-fridge so you don't miss a minute of entertainment. It's a nice touch to add a microwave or toaster oven for some popcorn. The Kitchenaid oven is small and portable, great for a spot like this.

It doesn't always take a fat wallet to enjoy some of the finer things in life. You can do it for next to nothing. You'll be able to enjoy that movie or game and sit back knowing that you didn't break the bank in the process.
